1. Booking & Confirmation
- All taxi bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
- Booking confirmation will be shared via call, WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
- Customers must provide accurate travel details at the time of booking.
2. Vehicle Allocation
- Vehicle allocation is subject to availability.
- If the selected vehicle is unavailable, a similar category vehicle may be provided.
- Vehicle images shown on the website are for reference purposes only.
3. Fare & Payment
- Advance payment may be required to confirm bookings.
- Remaining payment must be completed before or during the trip.
- Toll taxes, parking charges, state taxes, entry fees, and permit charges are payable by the customer unless otherwise specified.
4. Airport & Railway Transfers
- Customers must provide correct arrival and departure details.
- Waiting charges may apply if delays exceed the complimentary waiting period.
- Additional charges may apply for changes in pickup or drop locations.
5. Outstation & Char Dham Travel
- Route plans may change due to weather conditions, road closures, landslides, traffic restrictions, or government regulations.
- Customers are advised to follow local authority guidelines during Char Dham and hill station travel.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must carry valid identification when required.
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
- Customers are responsible for their personal belongings.
7. Driver Responsibilities
- Drivers will operate vehicles according to local traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Drivers reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe or unlawful situations.
8. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may not be eligible for a refund.
- No-show bookings are non-refundable.
9. Delays & Force Majeure
Taxi Service Uttarakhand shall not be responsible for delays caused by:
- Traffic congestion
- Weather conditions
- Road closures
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Vehicle breakdowns beyond reasonable control
10. Limitation of Liability
Taxi Service Uttarakhand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the booking.
11. Privacy Policy
Customer information collected during booking will only be used for booking management, customer support, and service-related communication.
12. Website Usage
Users agree not to:
- Submit false information.
- Attempt unauthorized access to the website.
- Upload malicious software or harmful content.
- Use the website for unlawful purposes.
13. Changes to Terms
